Broadband down since 9am

Hi,

Broadband went down at 9am - can't get through to support. Router can't see internet. Been fine for 2 years! Any otherway to raise a ticket or perform a self-test.

You can follow the troubleshooting steps at https://faults.plus.net and depending on the answers a fault will be raised.

Hi,

Thanks - raised a fault last night and then went to check today - "view" and "close" are next to each other - fat fingers (on my mobile) pressed close by accident. Immediately Went to resubmit and the faults page is down for maintenance......

Can't get through on the phone.......
