Broadband down again :(

Please could someone carry out a line test. I have a dialtone and can ring out. I cannot get online via my home broadband at all. Many thanks.

Thanks for getting in touch. Glad to hear you're back online.

I can see that you're currently connected to the internet but have experienced drops in connection over the last seven days (and beyond). I've tested your line and no external faults are present. With this in mind it’s likely that the cause of the drops is within your premises.

Could you run through our troubleshooting guides here primarily and see if this helps?

If this doesn't resolve the issue I'd suggest raising a fault here so that we can progress this for you:

Fibre broadband is down again, please help. Could someone carry out a thorough investigation as to why this keeps happening. As much as I like visiting this forum (sarcasm), I would prefer just to get the service I pay for all the time, 99% would be acceptable if not!

Just to add there is currently noise on the line, this is periodic.

I reported a fault via this https://goo.gl/ZMu71n , my broadband has never been down this long. There is no noise on my line at all now. We need this sorting immediately.

I am being sent a new router. Hopefully this sorts the issue out. Now got to try and find an old one to keep us going until it arrives.

Apologies for the delayed response and that you're experiencing connection problems.

Our tests aren't finding a definitive cause of the problem, but please let us know how it goes when you receive your replacement router. It may also be worth trying the steps Here if you haven't already. This will rule out any internal wiring.
