Hi All,
Most evenings my broadband disconnects and my phone says line check failure on it's display. I've tried to raise an issue with PN regarding it. But their line check shows no faults. They advise the next step is to test the phone in the master socket. But 2 nights in a row on the phone for an hour the line didn't cut out. It's proving hard to confirm it's a fault with the line.
Does anyone have an ideas on what could be causing the issue, or any ideas on how I can test it?
Have have VDSL and lived at the address for 7 years, the problem started 3-4 weeks ago.
