Broadband disconnections and crackly voice calls

What is the best way to get technical support at the moment please? - (I am connecting to the "test socket" but still experience multiple broadband disconnections at times and also notice crackly voice calls. This started during August.)

I cannot get through to the PN call centre so have raised ticket #205479319, is there anything else I can do to get this fixed?

Managed to get through on the phone in the end so will see what happens when the issue has been investigated.
