My broadband has disconnected on Wednesday night around 10:30 pm for the past 3 weeks. Same day and time each week, showing the orange bar and orange B symbol.
Each time I have had to restart my router to reconnect.
It seems very strange that it is exactly the same time each week, could someone please look into this?

This is an unusual issue, with some third party routers this is a feature but not one that we have in our equipment.
We'd need to have a look at the account to see if we can see the disconnections you're reporting.
