Broadband connection problems

Hi for a past 2 weeks I got problems with internet connection ...keeps cutting out every 10-15 s. It's really inoing. I do follow your maintenance updates but they did not improved my connection at all if anything they made it worse .Have you got any update on the permanent fix for this issue?also I don't think is fare you charge me full price for a service which I find it unusable for a past 2 weeks I hope you can work it out some discount for me...

I've tested your line and it's showing a external issue.

New year new problems. ..disconnection frequency dropped to about 4-5 a day I can live with that ...but since 2 -3 am my connection went down for good.restarting router did not help.please advice

Esp 2am when things like iCloud might backup you phone etc?

Yes I'm on 40 but the funny thing is I don't use cloud ....so my guess is crappy land line ...-5 and kables falling out in exchange boxes. ..

I expirience some connection dropouts again past couple days (5-10 today)could some one from support have a look for me please ?

Yet again I got connection drops normally later on in e evening's and mornings can some one explain to me what is going on ?This is unacceptable in this day and age ...I can't get a full month without a some sort of issue...Please help!

Sorry to hear your connection drops have returned.

My tests aren't identifying the cause of that unfortunately.

If you've tried the checks here then I'd advise reporting the fault to us here so that we can further investigate.

There is no connection to internet right now are you saying you can see my router now?
