I can see the drops in your connection...

But the tests I ran didn't complete.

 

It looks like the fault you've raised online has automatically reported a fault to our suppliers, and the trouble report has been accepted by Openreach. We'll provide an update via this ticket within 72 hours.

Problem is that by the time they turn up connection will fix itself and they will say it's nothing to do with land line and they will blame your router that's what happened last 3 times they came ...I'm working online and what I do last couple days is I'm using my mobile internet ...can you see where my frustration coming from? I pay double for something I pay already.

Sorry to hear that, I appreciate your frustration. Intermittent faults can be tricky to fix.

We have reported the fault to our suppliers.
There really isn't much more we can do except wait for this to be investigated.

As I predicted bt tech turn up and connection whose back online he done the checks .As 3 times before he said where is nothing wrong with line and as 3 times before he blamed your router....Maybe it's time to change router don't you think?

I received new router yesterday. ..After 20 min internet crashed yet again....woken up to flashing orange light .It seams like the problem is in a land line after all ...I'm loosing hope 😕

It looks like your connection is intermittent.

 

My tests are showing a possible fault again. If you've completed the internal checks, please can you report this to us at http://faults.plus.net and let us know once you've done that so we can progress it to BT.

No offense m8 but your bills are not intermittent they are always on time and no deduction for crappy internet connection.
What else is there to do ? I'm losing my cool now...
