Broadband connection down completely

How do I get help - my broadband is completely down. The modem DSL light is cycling round off.flashing/solid green and I’m never getting any internet connection.

Thank you for getting in touch, Sorry to hear of the issues that you had last night. I have checked the connection and can see that you are back up and running. Unfortunatley there is no way to confirm what caused the drop at this stage however if you still have issues please let us know and we can investigate further. - LeeY

Thanks - i checked when I got your message and yes it was fine, but just over an hour ago it dropped and recovered again.
