Hello - this service has not been great since I signed up but the larg couple of days the buffering is so bad I can’t use WiFi on my phone. Any suggestions please?

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your connection. I've tested your line, however the test hasn't picked up any issues from here and indicates that your line is currently syncing at the full 40mbps down and 10mbps up:
