Around about a month ago my broadband speed dropped about 40% of what speed I should be seeing, a call sort-of fixed the problem but a week after it dropped straight back down. I've held off raising this problem till now in case it fixed itself however it hasn't. My question is why do I need to keep raising this issue. Unfortunately I can't fix it quick-time as I work 0800 till 1800 so cannot call. It's disappointing as I'd just rather like reliable steady speeds without having to keep raising an issue to I guess what's a stretched customer service team in this current climate.
Any help would be massively appreciated in increasing my speeds.
