Broadband been down all night

Hi, my broadband has been down all night, the router is hub one and showing orange b light, I've tried multiple restarts, reconnecting all cables and leaving it turned off but all to the same outcome.
Please could you check if there's a problem on your end, thanks.

It looks like this is due to a outage in your area.

We've been advised the estimated fix time is 7pm this evening
