Hi,
I ordered home phone and fibre broadband 2 weeks ago. My home phone service was set up and is working on 26/03/2020 however my fibre broadband activation is delayed. I had a text on 27/03/2020 saying that it was due to be active by midnight on 04/04/2020 and that my router is in the post but I did not receive a text saying that it is activated. It is now 06/04/2020.
I am unable to do any work from home due to this as I have been left without any service and would appreciate an update on this please. All customer service lines are now closed too. Thanks.
