Broadband activation

Changing fibre broadband from BT to Plusnet. Changeover date arranged by Plusnet - due by midnight 2/10/18. BT have stopped broadband provision already - 5.00an today 1/10/18!

Tired to call Plusnet - no luck - tried to contact BT but they say broadband cancelled by Plusnet so nothing they can do.

 

Looking at other posts etc not confident that Plusnet broadband will be activated on time.

 

Not sure what to do as (like most people these days) rely heavily on internet for daily life - banking etc

I'm in the same position. Lost broadband with BT, phone has moved over but no sign of broadband.
