My broadband username ends @plus.net rather than the normal @plusdsl.net, probably because I have been a Plusnet broadband customer since 2002. Is it possible, and if so is it advisable, to have my broadband username changed to the normal @plusdsl.net? The main drawback of my existing username appears to be that I have to set up new Plusnet routers manually rather than them connecting automatically.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hi Martin.
This is something we can arrange but you'll need to update the username in the router or you'll lose connection when it next drops

After the change of my broadband username so that it now ends @plusdsl.net my broadband has worked without any problems. However, my data usage has been shown as zero ever since the change was made. I was hoping that this would start working again after I had received my latest monthly bill but this hasn’t happened. Can this be corrected now?
