Broadband Upload Speed Degraded

I periodically check my broadband speed and have noticed that my upload speed has degraded to around 5 Mbs. I would normally expect this to be around the 19-20 Mbs mark. Is someone able to check why this drop has occurred?

I have attached a copy of the results following a check carried out on BT Wholesale Broadband Checker.

Now fixed.

The advisor performed a "reset" of my service and I recycled my Openreach modem and Plusnet router. Now the upload speed  is around where it should be.
