I have been experiencing very slow speed for a number of weeks, plus connection drops.
I have done all the necessary tests, of unplugging and connecting and turning off the router.
I do not use my landline to test the phone, if i have noise on the line, or no tone as said i dont use my landline.

@jakiefriks9 I think you have got it the wrong way round. You need to use a phone to test your landline, you may not use it but your broadband does and if the phone line is not working properly it can seriously affect the broadband.
