Broadband Speed Slowing

Good morning all, I’ve been with Plusnet for a few years now and generally very happy with the service but recently my speed has slowed down a lot from what it was - it was always between 40-55 Mbs upload according to Speedtest I have installed on my iPad. 

For the last few months, since Sept 2018, I’ve been down in the low 20’s mostly and sometimes even below 10.

My hardware has not changed during this time.

Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear that your speeds have dropped.

We've tested your line and we've located an external fault on the line which will most likely be the cause of your speeds have dropped.

This has been raised to our suppliers so they can investigate further and you can track the progress on your account by going here.

Let us know if your speeds are still poor after the fault is fixed.
