Broadband Speed Issue

Hello,

We've had BT out this morning to carry out a repair to our line, but the speed is exactly the same as it was before the repair was carried out - can you please carry out a reset of our line to see if it helps post the fix?

I'm not home at the minute unfortunately but would need to know whether the repair has worked otherwise we will need to call them out again.

I'm sorry to see that you haven't seen a speed increase since the engineers visit

Unfortunately, our tests are still showing a potential issue that may need a further engineer visit.

Can you respond to the ticket on your account and post back here once you've done so?
