Broadband Speed Has decreased by 10mb

I normally have around 37-38mb on my fibre connection. However I am currently connected at 28mb which is below the minimum threshold I was guaranteed when I signed my new contract. I want my full speed back asap or I will have no choice but to leave my contract and go elsewhere. Please check the connection asap

I have exactly the same problem but Plusnet are saying my line is ok but my speed has dropped by 10mb. it's as though Plusnet have capped my speed. My router syncs at 37mb, normally speedtest result would be 32mb but now it is 22mb.

What part of the country are you from?

I am in lincolnshire. My router is normally synced at like 35-38mb however it is now synced at 26.1mb, customer service has been useless. Live chat said they would report a fault but i have heard nothing since. It is too slow for me.

That's my experience with customer services as well. At first they said there wasn't a fault then there was and now there isn't, all very confusing.
My speed has been 10mb lower for a week now although at least it is stable now. I'm finding 22mb is too slow 4K, I keep getting buffering. I have uploaded screen shots but customer services has yet to respond.

I was hoping someone from Plusnet would help on here but no such luck as yet Sad

Let's hope they are more helpful after Christmas!!!

Same problem with me. Uploaded screen shots to no avail. Live chat just asked me to out into test socket, made zero difference. Prob going to change providers to be honest.

Plusnet have contacted me and my profile had been capped at 23mb. Hopefully this is what is causing your issue which can be easily fixed.

Fingers crossed. I have heard absolutely nothing off of them yet. Sick of their poor customer service.
