Broadband Report Card

There seem to be a lot of times when the infrastructure doesn't work as it's meant to. This post hopefully highlights that it isn't always the case! I recently signed up to the SamKnows Broadband trial and as part of that it performs regular checks on my connection to see how well it's performing.
Here is the report card that it produced for the month of November. The only major blip in it wasn't actually PlusNet's fault. I had to unplug the router for a few minutes which is what caused the high packet loss.
Yes there are times when it's not running at 100%, but Broadband is (and always will be) a contended service. I've been impressed with the service I've received no matter what time of day
