Broadband Not working

Hello, I have FTTC with you, on the Bridge o Allan exchange, and its not been working since some point overnight last night. Router trains to the line, but no connectivity beyond that. Router rebooted, cable disconnected and reconnected, and line retrained successfully subsequently. Was on hold for over half an hour earlier, and didn't speak to anyone. Please advise what issue is and when resolution is likely.

We weren't actually able to see anything obvious as a reason for the disconnection
