Broadband Fault- Please investigate

My Fibre BB has been getting progressively slower over the past few months & the D/L is now in the low 30s, down from the mid 40s. I've run the full trouble shooter so will appreciate it if PN will now work to resolve the fault. Many thanks.

Sorry to hear about issues with your broadband. I have updated open fault ticket on your account here. There is no fault and both IP profile, sync speed are fine(stable sync speed in last 14 days with average of 44.6Mbps). Line is stable with no drops in last 22 days.

Many thanks. I've just rechecked my speeds & changed my router & things are back to normal. Thank, as always, for your excellent service.
