Hello
My broadband continuously drops - I wish to cancel but have no phone at the moment and haven’t for a month as three can’t fix an issue. Please advise.

You may want to turn off your caps lock. Your present message format contravenes forum rules.

@CLAIREREIDVAL Welcome to the forums. Have you been through the 'ADSL - speed faults' thread towards the top of this board? I know it is not directly related to dropping connections, but it can still be useful.
You cannot just cancel because of a dropping connection - the cause needs to be identified and investigated.
