Broadband Dropping Out Intermittently

From approx. 4am this morning 22/11/2018, my fibre broadband intermittently disconnects and it can take from 5 mins to over an hour for it to reconnect. No settings had been changed so I don't know what the issue is.

I've now reset my router and performed the setup from scratch and the issue still occurs

Looks like it was happening yesterday as well; 

I've performed a GEA test on your line and found a potential external issue.
