Broadband Drop Outs and Slow Speed - Bicester, Oxfordshire

Hi, I tried to ring but you aren't doing customer service over the phone, can you please check my line, the exchange, settings or anything else feasible as my broadband service is severely disrupted over the past week - slow speeds, dropping out, not connecting etc. I rely on PlusNet and at the moment I don't know why but am being let down by your service. Many thanks.

You can reach customer service if you contact PlusNet and go through the options to speak to the new business or retentions team.

Responses via the ticket portal are apparently not forthcoming at the moment.
