Hi i've had my broadband cut out twice this morning for several minutes , router seems to have lost the broadband signal and then re-synced ... this is the first time we've had an issue since joining Plusnet - can anyone check there isn't anything more worrying going on? So reliant on internet now - i got dropped out of a meeting and both my kids missed chunks of their Teams lessons thanks to this, so really need a reliable connection at the moment.

This is the log from my router - trouble seems to have started with some remote admin requests - and then somehow the reset button was pressed even though no one is anywhere near the router???

Is there not a system status/outage report screen somewhere? ISPs usually have these. I'm not sure as I only just signed up for Plusnet yesterday and don't yet have my router/activation.

Yep i pulled the log from my router - seems to be some weird activity with lots of blocked remote admin attempts.
Seems to have settled down now - what is even weirder is the log show the reset button was pressed even though no-one has been near the router!
According to the logs only 3 disconnects since 8am this morning which concurs with what we experienced - connection as been stable since 9:45am and the remote admin attempts have ceased.
