Hi @MatthewWheeler,

We've just had the engineer visit and a new Master Socket has been installed.

When accessing the PlusNet Hub Manager the connection now shows 76.12Mbps down and 19.53Mbps up which is great. However, when checking the speed via BT Wholesale Test it shows 46.87Mbps down and 14.43Mbps up.

I've rebooted the Router but cannot understand the discrepancy in the download speeds?

Is there something else that I need to do or does my profile need to be corrected?

Try rebooting the router I've just made some changes.

I now have 73.70Mbps down and 16.70Mbps up!
