Both lines now losing download synch.

Just as the subject says really, this is a repeat of my previous issue from the 3rd inst but this time both lines are affected. I'm not going to raise faults on this yet, unless it's recommended.

Currently in the rather long queue to arrange an engineer for both lines now, as one's taken a dive overnight.

Today

Not happy, but we'll see what can be done I guess.

Edit :- Tickets raised for both lines so now it's a waiting game.

No problem @HarryB, I did say I wasn't going to raise a ticket unless it was recommended and as it wasn't I assumed it was OK. But with this morning's drop I guessed it wasn't going to get any better so called it in. LJ at CS did me a sterling job as is normal for me. Smiley
