Really disappointed as I ordered a wifi package 2 weeks ago and booked an engineer to install at the earliest date which was 2nd April. Paid the upfront cost, set up direct debit - gave Plusnet a quick call today to make sure everything is alright for tomorrow and they have said noone is coming. They aren't sure why so will give me a call back in half an hour.
Really upset because I am working from home, with no internet - and I appreciate these are hard times but I would have just liked to have been told that no one was coming because I have been desperate for tomorrow to come for 12 days....
