After a couple of hours of my installation, my internet started running fine for about 30 minutes. Then there was no connection for hours, only to reappear for another 30 minutes. It does look like the devices connect to the Wi-Fi, but I can’t do anything online and every single time I try to connect it takes me to a little Plusnet Hub One window where I can’t really try to fix anything because everything appears to be running smoothly and connected. I haven’t got in touch with anyone from Plusnet because of how busy it has been, but my uni has started and I can’t do anything because I have no internet. Can someone please help me sort this issue out asap? Thank you!
