Blue light but not working

Hi All, 

 

I have not been able to connect to the net for around a week now. 

 

I have a blue light on the router and the Tech team on the end of the phone said there is no fault on the line (eventually after 30 mins on hold)

I have been instructed to use the test socket behind the master socket but again same issue, Blue light on router but no connection. 

 

All the details on the Hub Manager (194.168.1.254) seem OK says connected but..

 

What am i missing?

Hi there, 

 

The way I would look at this is that we haven't seen an obvious cause for the issue. 

 

We have opened a fault report which means we'll get it raised with our suppliers for further investigation so do expect an update soon.

I still have no connection, 

 

No one is replying to my Help Center question!

 

 

I feel like ive been left in the dark and no one is willing to help me!! 

 

i have not have a connection for well over a week now!

just as a quick test to rule out an issue I had with mu hub, can you run this in a command prompt:

nslookup www.bbc.co.uk 212.159.6.10

and paste results here?

 Hi there I can see that we replied to your fault ticket earlier advising that it looks like the fault has been resolved.
