Hi
We recently got Wi-fi fitted and the hub seems to be working fine there is a constant blue light, however majority of the time there is no internet connection and a message pops up to say it is connected but won’t actually let our devices connect... it works for about an hour and then does the same thing. This has been happening on and off for days now. Thank you in advance

@JulieRamsden Welcome to the forums. When were you advised your FTTC connection was ready to go?
I may be wrong here, but this sounds to me like your modem/router is possibly not correctly configured, in which a little manual intervention may solve the issue.
What Username/password shows in the router?
