Hello everyone,
I got plusnet Fibre on the 8th October, the home phone was completed on the 9th October and since (currently the 19th), nothing have happened?
In my connection settings, it says "checking your line" since more than one week...
What is happening? The previous tenant of my flat had Plusnet, so I thought it would be easier.
I am a bit confused as to why I still don't have Internet or even my router...

Hey! Thanks for the answer. I did try the chat, but the person wasn't really helpful...
I just tried again the chat, the person told me to contact Provisioning by phone but there is a wait time of 60 minutes, which is a bit of a joke. The person sent them an email, but I have no idea when they will come back.
I mean, It has almost been 2 weeks without Internet, this is starting to be long...

As Plusnet don't offer email support, I doubt you will get any reply from an email.
