There's nothing obviously wrong, your line is connected at a good speed and there are no disconnections that concern me.

You don't think its strange that upload is better than download?
I guess it implies I have a good connection and it is stable for sure
But actually my download is quite a bit lower than I used to have on ADSL

I have now identified the root problem exists with the wireless side of the router.
Wire results are fine
I put a replacement (temp) router in place and wireless is fantastic, near to wired speed.
