Bills

I have received an email saying you are going use the direct debit to deduct my due amount but can't access my bill to check it. The message tells me to try later as it unavailable at the moment. I am reluctant to allow PN to deduct monies until I have seen the bill. When will I be able to view my bill?

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I'm really sorry to hear you are having trouble with the viewing of your latest invoice and I apologise for the inconvenience this causes you. Which browser are you trying to view the invoice in? As we are aware it may not work on some as per previous forum threads. Have you tried alternative browser? Cleared your cache and cookies?

I use Opera as my default browser, I have just tried MS Edge and MS IE still get the same response - cookies and cache cleared etc. Still no joy.

We'll get that investigated, it might be a bug but I've created a ticket with a PDF copy of the bill here
