LIne was connected in 2013 70Mb+ from day 1
12/2/2016 had fault turned out to be router. Signed new contract for better deal sent put on 40Mb by mistake transfered to 80 yesterday.

Your way below estimate despite what the BTW test is saying so i would request an Engineer visit to find out why.

Spoke to support tonight, confirmed that line is 30Mb below correct speed, have to wait for faults team to progress online ticket.

Engineer has changed faulty pair and hub is showing

BTW test still showing 41Mb download with IProfile of 71Mb. Does it take time for speed to recover after a fault?
