Big drop in Download speed

Hi there,

I'm into my 3rd/4th month with PlusNet now and initial speeds were excellent with them reaching my guaranteed 40mb, however now I'm noticing I get 10mb-15mb on a consistent basis. We did have a fault on the line over a month and a half ago but not really sure why we aren't getting decent speeds anymore. Just wondering if someone could look into this?

Have you run the broadband troubleshooter? It is worthwhile getting your fault into the queue for action as soon as possible.

Strangely enough I logged a fault and did a speed test today and I'm sitting back at 40mb.. Hmmm.
