Beoadband down, phoneline dead.

I have fibre broadband with an openreach modem and and a technicolor router.
Sunday night I noticed I didn't have internet access. I rebooted the router as it usually does the trick, but this time it didn't work.
The router said no ethernet, so I checked the phone was still working, and it was dead. So I checked the line with 2 different phones plugged in the tester socket, and the line was still dead.
An engineer is coming tomorrow afternoon to have a look at my phoneline problem, but an I right to think that once my phoneline is up and running, my fibre broadband will start working again?

Yes, there's a very good chance when the phone line is fixed the broadband will restart.
