Below the 80% acceptable speed.

So the BT engineer has been and gone and it ain't good news.
He said that my poor upload speed is due to the distance from the cabinet.
The upload is now under the 80% of acceptable according to plusnet.
Anyone know where this leaves me with regards to leaving due to them not meeting there commitment ?

Dunno but if the engineer is right then changing ISPs won't help unless you can find a provider that doesn't use your telephone line. PN have passed your concerns onto the company that owns and maintains your phone line (BT) and the engineer has made his report. There's not much more than any ISP can do.
