Below minimum

My minimum is supposed to be 34mbps and it has been quite slow the past few days. It has been 26mbps and then 4mbps later on. I have been through all the troubleshooting to resolve this as I work for an internet provider but no change.

Hi there, I've just been able to update the speed profile on your account so you should see your speeds go back to normal straight away.
