Below minimum guaranteed speed

Question raised yesterday via members centre.

Not heard anything from support yet. You have help sort problems for me in the past.

Have fibre plus and only getting 38 to 40 download when we should have minimum 56.

if I reboot the router we get 68 for a day then the speed drops right off.

upload speed is also slower than normal.

Any help greatly appreciated.

That not good news. When the person you asked for replies can I also ask them,

Is it the sync speed that Plusnet guarentee on the through put?
