Below Minimum Speed, please assist.

Hi,

I have noticed recently that my speed has dropped below the minimum guaranteed speed and my ping has also raised for a steady 8-9ms to 18-19ms so im assuming my line has been falling for some time now and I am also interleaved. I'm not sure what the issue but I would love for it to be looked into. I have already done all the usual tests and I don't believe it is anything internal to my house.

Hi @Yorkshirelion Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net

I've got same issue since signing up 2 weeks ago. Minimal speed and got same response saying priority to loss of phone and broadband. We can't even stream now TV without buffering.
