Been a while! Broadband down

Morning guys,

Been a while since I posted last but woke up this morning to no broadband. Is there somewhere online I can check the status of broadband in my area please?

I can see that you've spoken to @Gandalf about this according to a note left on your account. Have you been able to carry out any of the advised troubleshooting steps yet, or are you planning on doing this later on?
