Banded again
Hi there,
could someone have a long to see if I have been banded again, we have had a lot of power disruptions in the previous weeks an am now on 60,000 down and 20,000 up.
Up to 12/4 it was connected at 74,000 and has dropped off since.
I now have a UPS so there should be no disconnects.

Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net.
