It looks like your line is still banded.

Unfortunately due to the process being a trial there isn't anything further we can do.
It'd need an engineer to complete a DLM reset. However, as your speeds are above your estimates and we're not finding any issues with your service, it's likely that an engineer will refuse and a call-out charge applied.

Apart from reporting that the trial process doesn't appear to be fully operational and requesting BT to investigate and possibly completing the task on your behalf whilst they investigate?
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Just for info @RWW I am just a customer like yourself and have no access to Plusnet systems or BT
I hope the DLM reset improves your line performance.
