Band limited

Hi,

I am in the process of upgrading to Unlimited Fibre. I was originally told that the service would be available from 28 July but it went live a couple of days ago. Connecting the Hub One was successful and I now have a current line speed of 38.6Mb/s. However, speed tests indicate that I am getting download speed of only 9.3Mb/s, which is the same as that achieved with my previous service. I suspect that my line still has the previous band limit applied. If so, is it possible to increase this now or do I have to wait until the originally quoted date?

Reads like your PN IP Profile is stuck. Hopefully a mod will pick this up failing that try contacting PN via the Contact Us instant chat.

No response here so I used online chat. The guy advised that the line had been configured since I connected the Hub One and said I just needed to reboot the router (I'd avoided this for fear of falsely indicating line instability). Rebooted and now getting 33Mb/s and happy. Thanks for the suggestion.
