I think one of the plusnet routes is borked. Noticing severe lag spikes whilst gaming and general speed degradation whilst browsing. Of course I've tried restarting the router numerous times to no avail.
I've been running a trace and it appears 141.hiper04.sheff.dial.plus.net.uk is dropping packets.

Have also been seeing this intermittently over the last two weeks.
Tried to inform Customer Support, but didn't know what I was talking about.
They put me through to a 'tech team', who also didn't know what I was talking about, or what a trace-route was
