Bad latency and High pings

I have been having the same issue for a while now... pings vary massively and there is bad latency when browsing the internet. This has been for a few weeks now but been too busy to report it. Any chance of taking a look at my line quality too? Thanks (and sorry for the thread hijack)

Sorry to hear you're having latency issues.

Your connection doesn't look too good...

Your router is in sync at a decent speed...

Downstream Speed	60.0 Mbps
Upstream Speed	20.0 Mbps

Testing the copper line isn't identifying anything...
