Back again, same old problems

Ok, here we go again: internet access is worse than ever. To answer your next question: no, I'm chained to my cable, WiFi doesn't work. Keep dropping in and out and I know you will tell me that you can't see anything wrong with my connection, in other words I'm plain stupid.

Now, that we've dealt with that part of the story: how can I get real help? Where can I get a technician (who I am-of course- not going to pay for since I haven't done anything wrong) or similar to find out what's wrong with this b-word, f-word etc.-word landline/internet connection?

Thanks, Chris. I definitely will. I am absolutely exhausted and desperate. Was supposed to do quite a bit of online work today but couldn't because of all the drop outs.
