Our village had an outage for a few hours on Saturday and my router has reconnected with these stats. I should be getting around 30 Mbps and the line attenuation has always shown about 43.5.
Been here very recently when router disconnected, same situation but I disconnected the routeragain, left it and reconnected and all was well, but this time have tried that but speed and line attenuation stays the same.

Can someone, maybe Gandalf, who looked at before, check things out please?
Many thanks,

Hi John, I'm sorry to see your speeds are slow after your village had an outage.
Line tests aren't showing any definitive issues, apart from there's what's known as a bridge tap detected.
We'll need to arrange an engineer appointment to investigate further. Could you reply to your fault ticket Here or the text I've sent out with when you'd be free for a visit?
If you can post back afterwards, we'll make sure that's picked up for you as soon as we can.
